Mission Impossible

This weekend we had a great time getting to catch up with The Rossetter Family and meet Carter and Dreyton...and we found out just how hard it is to get 4 babies under 2 to stop and pose for a picture!

The Calm After the Storm

The other morning I woke to the sound of Anderson having a major explosion. The diaper didn't stand a chance to hold it in, and I ended up cutting off the onesie rather than try to get it over his head. Let's just say it wasn't the best way to start the day!

Fun Father's Day

We didn't do much on father's day, but we had a great time just relaxing around the house. Sadly, I've become that mom who dresses her kids in cheesy theme clothes, but they did look cute!

We Love You Dada!

Donnie -I could fill the entire screen with words describing my joy watching you be a Daddy,  but no words spoken or written can compare to the experience of living a happy father's day as a family and watching you with Ellabeth and Anderson. We love you so very much and hope you enjoy every moment of your first father's day of two.

Anderson had his 2 month appointment this morning. He's up to 23.75 inches tall and weighs 11lb 11oz. In just over 7 weeks he's packed on over 5lbs!

Donnie got a little carried away helping Ellabeth jump into the pool, and she ended up going under for the first time. Fortunately, she didn't mind being wet head to toe!

Ellabeth loves reading her books, and Anderson is a captive audience.

Strange Site

Ellabeth never used a pacifier - she wouldn't even keep one in her mouth. We were hoping to not use one with Anderson, but we've already given in to his need for suckling and our need for a calm baby. We just hope it's not too hard to get him to stop using it one day!

Pool Time

The hot summer weather has arrived, so we decided to get the baby pool aired up and check out the neighborhood pool. Hopefully we'll have lots of fun staying cool this summer!
