We've had several requests for video of the outdoor display, so here you go. And yes, that really is an inflatable Santa. Unfortunately, the music is not part of the display.

Annual Tradition

Ellabeth's fear of Santa is still in full gear, so we got another family photo with the Jolly Man. By next year, Anderson should be afraid and allow the tradition to continue.

Santa Rumble

Rumor had it that Rumble was going to make an appearance at the Christmas party. Many moms were concerned about the reaction of a room full little ones, but things went better than anybody expected. At first, Ellabeth didn't know what to think. By the end of Rumble's visit, she was brave enough to give him a five. As soon as he left, she started jumping up and down and saying "Rumble good job!" so she must have enjoyed it. I don't think Anderson ever noticed that there was a monster santa in the room!

Big Eater

When Ellabeth started eating biter biscuits, she made a huge mess smearing the cookie all over the place. Anderson loves his food and tries his best to get the cookie into his mouth!

On the Go

Tis the Season

We're not sure how long the tree will survive with 2 curious kids walking/crawling around, but we had fun putting it up. This was the first year Ellabeth helped put on ornaments, and she didn't think anything above her eye level needed much decoration.

One Fun Week!

We all had a great time celebrating Thanksgiving with Poppi and Grandma, Uncle Brad and Aunt Emily.

Ellabeth was too hungry to wait for the turkey to get done.

Daddy does all the work while Mommy sits and eats.

We obviously had more than one turkey in the house!

Blooming flowers, fall pumpkins and Christmas lights - somethings got to go!

She loves her Daddy!

Anderson was probably too scared by Ellabeth pushing him to be able to enjoy the swing.

We're Back

We are home and recovered from another great IN trip. I didn't take many pics of Ellabeth and Anderson, but I had fun filling my camera with Jimmy, Cait and Will.

After finding stickers on the walls, doors, cabinets, chairs...you get the point, we decided to make the rule that stickers only go on paper and people. We're guessing Anderson would like us to amend that rule!
